Enes Demirel

Enes is an Associate Attorney at Karam Law. As an immigrant himself, Enes brings a unique passion and understanding to his work, enabling him to connect with clients on a personal level and provide compassionate legal services.

Enes focuses on a wide range of complex immigration matters and represents both individual and business clients in courts and before government agencies. His expertise spans a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, H-2B, E-3, TN, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, R-1, K-1), permanent labor certification, employment-based preference (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-4), family-based preference visas (F1, F2A, F2B, F3, and F4), permanent residence, citizenship, asylum, and humanitarian-based applications (U Visa). Enes also represent clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and Federal Courts (including writ of mandamus actions).

Enes earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Fatih University Law School in Istanbul, Turkey. During his time in law school, Enes gained valuable experience in an immigration law field placement with the Advocates for Human Rights. There, he worked closely with low-income clients to prepare their asylum applications and supported staff and volunteer attorneys by conducting supplemental research on complex immigration issues.

Licensed to practice law in the State of New York, Enes is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, the Southern District of New York, and the Northern District of New York. Enes is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
