Foreign workers have several options in which to pursue immigrant status through employment. Employers may also wish to pursue visas for non-immigrant employees.
Immigrant Worker Visa Classifications
- EB-1 priority workers, a classification subdivided into three categories: persons of extraordinary ability, outstanding professors or researchers, executives and managers of multinational companies
- EB-2 professionals holding advanced degrees or national interest waivers
- EB-3 professional or skilled workers
- OW - other workers (requiring less than 2 years of training or experience)
Karam Law helps employers hire the workers they need and helps workers enter the United States through the visa category most suited to their skills. As your immigration lawyers, we will discuss your case thoroughly, help employees obtain the documents and education evaluations vital to the success of their case. We also assist employers with the complicated procedures of labor certification and ability to pay the prevailing wage.
