Connie Seiler is the Senior Legal Coordinator at Karam & Associates, PA. Ms. Seiler joined the firm in 1998, after working for sixteen years at the Minnesota Department of Economic Security. During those years, Ms. Seiler specialized in unemployment insurance, and served as a Foreign Labor Certification Specialist. In that position, Ms. Seiler worked in conjunction with the United States Department of Labor to review, assess and recommend approval of labor certification applications. Ms. Seiler manages all facets of labor certification processing at Karam & Associates, PA.

 

Diana A. Bospachieva is an employment immigration paralegal at Karam & Associates P.A. Diana earned a bachelor of arts in international business from the GR Herberger College of Business at St. Cloud State University. With over six years of experience as an immigration paralegal, Diana is well versed in all areas of immigrant and non-immigrant business immigration law. At Karam & Associates, Diana specializes in employment-based applications and petitions such as H-1B, L-1 intra-company transferees, TN, H-2B, E-3, EB-1, EB-2 and other complex employment-based immigration matters. Diana assists attorneys by managing clients ranging from individuals to multinational corporations in a wide variety of industries.

 

Porcia Dunifin joined the firm in the summer of 2007 as a full-time law clerk to assisting the attorneys with a broad scope of immigration matters. Ms. Dunifin completed her undergraduate studies at Metropolitan State University in Saint Paul, earning a bachelor's degree in Sociology. While studying at Metropolitan State University, Ms. Dunifin volunteered at Ronald M. Hubbs Center for Lifelong Learning, where she taught English as a Second Language and Citizenship classes. Ms. Dunifin also studied NAFTA law in San Diego, Tijuana, Toronto, and Montreal. She currently attends William Mitchell College of Law.

Joanne Gomez joined the firm as a paralegal in April of 2007. She currently works in the family-based section of Karam & Associates, assisting attorneys with a wide array of issues including immigrant petitions, one-step, K-1, K-3, I-751 and NVC applications. Prior to joining the firm, she lived in Germany for 3 years while serving in the US Army. Ms. Gomez attended the Minnesota School of Business and she currently attends Normandale Community College pursuing an associate in arts degree with emphasis in Spanish.

Bista Kovala joined the firm in 2007. Currently, Ms. Kovala is billing manager in addition to managing the front desk reception, file clerk duties and assisting with N-400 filings. Ms. Kovala immigrated to the United States in 2005 from Bulgaria. Ms. Kovala holds a dual master's degree in linguistics/ literature and history
